Larger screen than I used to have, great speed and visuals. Two complaints, and they are minor: It doesn't just go to sleep, it shuts down. (And the power button is funky.) That's actually one "complaint." The other is that EDGE is everywhere and always tries to take over. (Not the computer's fault, just the way it's built, I guess.) I prefer Chrome, so that's what I use - but sometimes have trouble telling where I am. But it is a lovely computer, and the price (couple hundred off) was certainly right. It was time!!

Surprisingly fast. Good color in display. Adding a wireless mouse makes it easier for me to get around. Sound is a bit tinny, but very pleased with it overall.

I needed a computer for school,I had previously purchased a Chromebook laptop but I was having trouble with some things not being capable so I spoke to tech support and they advised me to get a windows operating system so I did returned the one I had purchased the next day a pickup up another one the same day within 15 minutes my new laptop was ready for pickup.i like this laptop because is easy to use and has lot of options for programming and software and it's super safe.for the price I paid I thought it was a great choice and will recommend it

However, upon closer inspection, the laptop I received was not a 2-in-1, which was disappointing right from the start. Additionally, the screen quality didn’t live up to my expectations, lacking the clarity I had seen in the store demo. Despite these setbacks, the laptop has its merits. Its performance is decent, allowing for smooth multitasking and handling everyday tasks without much lag. The build quality is also commendable, with a sturdy design that feels durable. The keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the trackpad is responsive. On the positive side, the laptop’s battery life is reasonable, providing enough power to last through a typical workday with moderate usage. It also boasts a variety of ports, making it convenient to connect external devices. However, the disappointment of not getting the 2-in-1 functionality and the subpar screen quality make it challenging to wholeheartedly recommend this laptop. If these features are essential to you, I would strongly advise reconsidering your purchase. Otherwise, if you can overlook these aspects, the laptop offers a decent overall performance for everyday use.

Used this laptop daily for almost 3 weeks now after purchasing it on sale. I have zero regrets so far. I don't do anything crazy, just a personal use and some very light audio editing (audacity and adobe) and I haven't had any issues pop up whatsoever. I can't say if this is a good value and full price, but if need a nice, reliable personal laptop, this is a good option.

Good and fast at a good price for my needs. Only wished it had a lighted keyboard. It does come in S mode and you have to go in and take it out of S mode for it to run windows 11 like normal.

This computer has worked really well for our needs. We use it primarily to make custom cups and shirts. It has had good speed and has done what we needed it to. We have not used it for gaming or any kind of school related work so cannot speak to that type of performance. Overall we like it.

Great computer. Loads of memory. Easy to navigate and long battery life.
