Excellent laptop for the basics

It has been absolutely perfect for that and I would recommend it to anyone looking to pick up an inexpensive laptop for general use. It's not quite powerful enough to really do any gaming with, however that isn't really what I purchased it for.

I love the performance and the look. The numpad definitely comes in handy which a lot of laptops today do not come with.
