Great product! Although one thing we noticed was the mouse pad wasn't working properly while trying to set up and update, and then after two weeks it has completely stopped working. We got a warranty though so all good!

Laptop is a good and economical purchase. I bought it primarily for college. It is performing well and I have no complaints.

The geek squad gentleman that came to my house to set up my laptop was so nice, so smart and so accommodating to all my questions. He was so polite and just, what I call, wicked smart!

I bought this for my parents. And after a while, both of my parents are pleased of their new laptop. Its not HIGH end specs but its something that they will enjoy for what they will use it for.

Haven't had any problems yet. Connected easily to Wifi, very easy to use. Set up was easy. Slimmer, and lighter then previous laptops I've had.

I use to have a mac and I really like this computer. I enjoy it almost as much as a mac. My iphone is connected to it so my passwords and everything syncs. I recommend this laptop.

I'm very happy with my new laptop. I have been using an Apple for the last 8 years with great difficulty. There have been some bumps readjusting to a PC but I'm glad to be back.

This windows laptop is a good size and has a bright screen. It has good battery life. Natural silver is a nice look.
