You can not have multiple tabs open at once without it slowing the speed down. So I will be buying another laptop.

Windows 11 may have many bugs to be worked out

On the first week of February 2022 it stopped accepting the print command; it was not the printer for my other devices still printed. Then on 25 February 2022 it stopped turning on. My advice for anyone getting this system is to add the GEEK protection plan.

For 2 weeks went to charge it won’t charge won’t come on at all. And of course it’s passed the return exchange date. Never again Best Buy worst purchase ever!!! This laptop is trash!!!

HP Laptop

I have nothing downloaded but Google Chrome. did a virus scan and found issues on it. Also didn't see additional damage to it. Will return for a faster one.

Not secure service from Geek Squad

I called to find out why, thinking they'd sold me a "used" unit in a new box. They "said" they'd investigate but I never heard back from them. I figured out myself the Geek Squad tech 'synch'd' mine with another he was working on and forgot to clean it off! Won't be going back to BB.

Slow, frustrating, died, avoid!

Every click took a long time to do anything. There was a lag when typing in a browser. After 5 days wouldn’t even turn on anymore. Returned for a better laptop. Employee said “it’s a slow computer, you get what you pay for”. It was a waste of time, I’m appreciative I was able to return it. Great customer service.

Definitely a budget laptop, but not worth it.

I bought it as a shared backup PC to use at the office and only the web browser was needed, but even using web based applications and websites, it would stutter while typing and was incredibly slow. For $100 more you can get the AMD Ryzon processor and twice the memory.
