Being in "S" mode unable to load some things, including the free Webroot package. The box took several extra days traveling around Iowa but all in all, it was a good deal. Would consider open box purchase again.

Had to do a hard reset, but everything seems to be ok now. I like how thin it is! Wish the keyboard was easier to read...should be defined better. Too much gray color to read letters and numbers. Not a typist!

We wanted a laptop without a whole lot of bells and whistles that we didn't need. This one is perfect. The keys are a little larger which is also nice. And the price was very reasonable so if we leave it somewhere or lose it, we won't be crying throughout our travels.

Good basic pc laptop

Sleek, fast Laptop

Great laptop

Relatively fast website speed (compared to my old laptop at least). Great picture. No complaints!

I’ve tested it out since it’s a Christmas gift and it’s great for him.
