Good laptop for the price; didn't come in original box or have any paperwork. Being in "S" mode unable to load some things, including the free Webroot package. The box took several extra days traveling around Iowa but all in all, it was a good deal. Would consider open box purchase again.

About six pages into the setup, the unit froze up. Had to do a hard reset, but everything seems to be ok now. I like how thin it is! Wish the keyboard was easier to read...should be defined better. Too much gray color to read letters and numbers. Not a typist!

My husband is retiring and we want to start traveling. We wanted a laptop without a whole lot of bells and whistles that we didn't need. This one is perfect. The keys are a little larger which is also nice. And the price was very reasonable so if we leave it somewhere or lose it, we won't be crying throughout our travels.

Great laptop still love it don’t have anymore but it is awesome. It gets the job done.

It was good when I first had it but almost 2 years later it’s slowed down battery is not as long as it use to be up to 6-8 hours now compared to 3 days

Great HP Laptop. Bought it for my son to use at college, he can do everything with it, speed is excellent, can even game on it.

Great experience from someone who doesn’t necessarily run a bunch of programs, but does more with the cloud and stays on the internet. Relatively fast website speed (compared to my old laptop at least). Great picture. No complaints!

Nice laptop for my teen son, he has to do more school work on line now plus he likes to play a few games on line. I’ve tested it out since it’s a Christmas gift and it’s great for him.

This was a great price. Got the laptop for $269, the regular price is $369. Was easy to set up. Connecting printer was also easy. Connected through wireless.

Works great , never gives any issues for me. Stores everything I need such as photos PDFS - all documents I may need. Perfect normal size.

Overall OK for the price….although there are better deals out there. Pros: lightweight form factor for a 15.6 inch model, liked ability to upgrade to Windows 11, easy to set up and get working Cons: screen does not offer the best image quality, keys have a decent feel, but with terrible visibility in low light. Would rather the keys were black with white letters/numbers. Probably should have returned it, but too much trouble and I’m busy.
