I had to purchase a new lap top so I would be able to work from home. It has worked great for what I need. I had to remove the S mode so I could download what I needed. No problems with the thankfully.

Budget low end laptop that was purchased for my technologically advanced in-laws. It does the job but I’m not even sure they use it.

For the price, it's hard not to like the computer. As long as you're not doing anything too taxing you should be fine with the memory size. But anything beyond web shopping or basic work stuff you may find it to be slow. The keys could be a little smoother to push but overall not a bad product.

Love it, my son used has the computer from his Jr year in high school to his first year in college.

This Laptop broke in have and i have it taped together with electrical tape. It still works

I love my new computer. It was even easy to set up and easy to use. I am electronically challenged. I am also find that typing on it is easier than my old computer. Perfect for an older person who does email, pays bills, uses Facetime and ZOOM. I highly recommend!

Very good laptop providing the essential functions needed for tracking volunteer projects involving large spreadsheets and numerous activity folders. The communications capabilities involving zoom and skype function as good as if using dedicated cameras, microphones and speakers.
