Great computer for the price, Had all the power, memory and speed to do the work required of it. I bought two, one for each of are teachers.

A good looking computer with decent specs for the price, however, when I turned it on for the first time the only thing i could notice is the cooling fan, which sounded like a high pitched leaf blower. There is no vent on the side like most laptops I am accustomed to, rather a single small vent on the bottom that serves as both intake and exhaust. Very inefficient. Even with the fan on high, I could barely feel any air moving. That this computer is so unpleasantly loud while only having a dual core i3 is pathetic. I have a 2019 Hp x360 laptop and really like it, which is why I bought another HP without hesitation. I am returning the laptop and I am looking at models from other brands which use proper cooling solutions.

Love the keyboard. Picture perfect quality. Just the right size and weight as i have alifting restriction from a shoulder injury.

It was very easy to set up and to get out of the safety mode, which was a relief. It isn't quite as fast as I was hoping, but no real complaints so far.

Was able to buy and have my sister pickup the computer and printer using the online adding people to pickup purchase. I live in Northern California she is in Southern California so it worked out great for my little sis Bday!

Screen is decent looking since it is an IPS. Speakers are rather nice. I enjoy listening music on them.
