As I'm getting to know my laptop, I'm loving it. Although upgrades are hard to grasp, its very interesting to learn in the process. Compared to my 2015 desktop, Windows 2007, its quite intriguing.

Seems to be a good computer for the money. I love the integrated calculator pad on the keyboard. It makes the accounting items a lot easier to navigate.

For the money, this is a solid laptop. Nice bright screen, reasonable weight and dimensional profile, good processor, adequate graphics card and a quick SSD hard drive to boot.

My wife was interested in a tablet so she didn't have to use her phone all the time Salesperson ( Morgan) shows us different options. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, so I purchased laptop for my wife. She just loves it. A+++

Did not need or want a touchscreen- the last laptop with one broke and it kept thinking you were touching the screen when you weren't. Just needed a basic laptop for office applications. Got a super sale after watching the price all summer.

I bought this to replace an old laptop that finally displayed the blue screen of death. It had been sluggish for a long time, so this one seems wonderful. So far, so good. I'm very happy that it comes on so quickly.

Great product , Great price , the only thing , I would change about this is my old labtop broke down very sudden and if allowed the time to pick what , I wanted ,it would have been , a labtop with more memory and power

I purchased a new laptop computer and the qeek squad configured the new computer and transferred my data and programs from my old computer. What was exceptional is that it was completed in less than 24 hours.

Good cheap laptop. A lot a bang for a little pride. Works great as aLaptop just to get on the Internet and do stuff. Sure you’re not gonna be getting on this very much, but you should buy this with that intention.

I’ve had regular computers before that I gamed on that were ok. I had an idea what I wanted and didn’t need. This one seemed to fit all my boxes. I really enjoy playing. It is kinda pricy tho.

Disappointed to learn this PC is a Microsoft Safe version laptop. That means you cannot load or download any non Microsoft apps on it...just Microsoft apps. Of course, for a $99 fee to Microsoft they will unlock your laptop to allow Google apps and other non MS apps to be loaded. This to me is just wrong to make you pay more, while keeping the base laptop price low for competitive reasons

If you are looking at an inexpensive computer then this is it. It performs well for looking at e-mails, shopping and looking up things. If you are looking to play games, this is not for you.

I've been using this laptop for a month and everything is working perfect, just one thing about to use google, I could not set up this website because the general setup is with Microsoft edge.

Felt a bit mislead. Bought a laptop that has Mode S. Was then sold aWebroot security software that can’t be loaded with Mode S. You are the big guys on the block. You should set the example, be reliable, accountable, and trust worthy.

very satisfied with purchase and Best Buy usually has a wide selection of quality laptops/computers. initial setup was easy and impressed with the ease of use especially since I am a novice.

Amazing laptop, I gifted this laptop to my sister for school and job work and it made it a breeze for her to finish assignments. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone.

I was impressed with this laptop for the price that I paid. The only thing I don't like is it has windows 10S, which doesn't allow me to install my Norton security on it. I can remove the S, but then could never put it back on.
