The laptop design is too good and looks different and stylish compared to other brand laptops. Fast enough and comfortable to do any personal browsing, watching movies,... etc.

purchased this laptop open box to run specific design application for work; it did not have sufficient RAM. Best Buy was fabulous allowing me to return no questions asked.

The quality is regular, when you lift it you can hear the creak of the plastic. The keyboard ink is lead, exactly the same color as the laptop, so it is very difficult to notice the characters.

Works well haven't had any problems with it. I thought that it was a good value. Nothing fancy but does everything that I need it to do.

Very pleased with this laptop...easy to set up and use. I didn't notice the fingerprint feature until I started using it but I really like this option to sign in.
