Missed a full days paying trying to fix this laptop and ended up returning to store. When returning it to the store they didn’t even ask for proof of purchase because this has been an ongoing issue with this laptop.

The worst laptop I ever had

Pick a different laptop

First one the screen would not turn on….took it back and had to go to another location to get a replacement. Replacement one would not turn on unless plugged in. Then it would not charge at all and shut down as soon as unplugged.

I now have to make an appointment to take it into the Geek Squad. I tried the on line geek squad help and it was still waiting for over an hour for a representative.

Returned after realizing it was not an upgrade at all to a five year old laptop.

Don’t waste money

I’m so disappointed. The screen just went black while I was studying and it wouldn’t come back on. It wasn’t even dead but I still plugged it up and it won’t come back on for anything. Definitely don’t waste your money on this

Don't buy!

While listed as in excellent condition and fully certified the machine was both scratched and unusable. The factory installed i3 logo was missing. This machine should never have passed inspection or been sold. Shame on you Best Buy.
