Disabled by HP and there is no way to display it !! Therefore, simple things like setting up your laptop on schedule cannot be set up. HP customer service is terrible! It wouldn’t be a bad laptop anyway, but I can’t recommend it because of a lot of minor inconveniences. I don't buy an HP laptop anymore.

The battery was faulty, the computer wouldn’t operate unless plugged in. And no one at Best Buy figured this out before it was sold to me. Caused me a lot of wasted time!

It powers up quickly and the programs run quickly. Even though it has Intel Core i3 it is a fast computer. It has good graphics. The speaker is also loud. It is sleek and I love the fingerprint sensor aspect. I'm not a gamer so I cannot comment on using it for gaming.

It does everything I need and more and the price was amazing. It was originally $499 and I purchased it on sale for $469...so out the door it was $505. Jaden R at the Brandon, Florida location was very knowledgeable and had me in and out in no time. I am extremely impressed with the entire experience!
