    There is no advanced tab in the BIOS !! Disabled by HP and there is no way to display it !! Therefore, simple things like setting up your laptop on schedule cannot be set up. HP customer service is terrible! It wouldn’t be a bad laptop anyway, but I can’t recommend it because of a lot of minor inconveniences. I don't buy an HP laptop anymore.

    Be careful when buying an open box!

    This open box item was not adaquatly checked out before it was put on sale. The battery was faulty, the computer wouldn’t operate unless plugged in. And no one at Best Buy figured this out before it was sold to me. Caused me a lot of wasted time!

    Great laptop and screen images for a month . Then screen turned black . Took it to store , they send it to repair and came back with same problem . I’ve had problems before with HP brand laptops or pcs . I don’t think I will be using them again

    Won't work after 1 year. Looks like it's the video card that went bad. I bought a new HP laptop and right out of the box the left touch pad key sticks and doesn't wont

    I bought this laptop for my wife as a Christmas gift, she took it with her overseas after two months she said the screen went out, the laptop looked very good but the quality isn’t good

    I paid for the support and transfer of files but can’t open old files… cannot download Quicken program etc

    I am still enjoying my HP laptop Intel Core. I use it for personal, work and school and have not had any issues with it. I will always purchase HP.

    This is a powerful machine. I am an educator it is very good for doing online sessions. It powers up quickly and the programs run quickly. Even though it has Intel Core i3 it is a fast computer. It has good graphics. The speaker is also loud. It is sleek and I love the fingerprint sensor aspect. I'm not a gamer so I cannot comment on using it for gaming.

    I purchased this computer for work and I am so happy with it! It does everything I need and more and the price was amazing. It was originally $499 and I purchased it on sale for $469...so out the door it was $505. Jaden R at the Brandon, Florida location was very knowledgeable and had me in and out in no time. I am extremely impressed with the entire experience!
