Honest & Real Use Review = Buy HP @ BestBuy !!!!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic Laptop as always with HP, I currently have 3 HP Laptops and they all perform GREAT and 2 have been bought at BestBuy= 1 recently Nov. 2021 & the other about 7 years ago & another in Dec.2017 purchased elsewhere = My reviews are Real & Honest good or bad! I am very Pleased and the support I have found available on-line from HP has been Easy to locate and understand. BestBuy kind of let me down on this one for the First time ever... BUT.. then after understanding the issue & reviewing the notes about & of this purchase & my history with BestBuy the Store GM in my local area Stepped Up and restored my faith in BestBuy and isn't what really matters is how the issue gets resolved in the end ... Well, if it doesn't take forever and an act of congress to get to the end anyway. I would ABSOLUTLEY RECOMMEND this HP Laptop to others and always get these items at BestBuy when possible if You want that extra security of knowing that You will get a Quality Product & Customer Care as that is what You will get from HP and most times from BestBuy!
