The laptop is fast and good for anything. My grandson plays roblox and he does his homework without any delays or lag.

I've been using this computer for the past few weekends. I got this laptop for sound system management, running presentation slides, YouTube videos, etc. For the price, I'm VERY impressed. It is very responsive, fast boot and shutdown times (very fast!!) and it's smooth to operate overall. It did seem to bog down a bit while I was installing things like Microsoft Suite, plus running other setup things and trying to run the native music app on the laptop. So I don't think it can handle a ton of different apps at the same time, but it works well for the tasks we need it for. Plus, it looks nice to boot. Very comfortable to type on, too. While I'm not a total fan of the touchpad (it works well, but the left/right select buttons feel a bit stiff), everything works very well and it's a great little computer. Everyone's been impressed with it so far. If you're looking for a computer that can handle general office stuff, this is a good option.

Light weight, attractive laptop. Nice screen and comfortable keyboard. Great upgrade from any computer I've had. I'm just a novice computer user and this laptop seems perfect for me. I think a more experienced computer user would really like this laptop, too.

My HP is very easy to navigate battery lasts a long time, about a day. nice and slim depth to the size of the laptop that nice screen nice and bright we love it. Lots of new things to learn. I have it attached to my phone so I get all messages no matter what.

Not bad. Set up was straight forward. Had a couple of issues with temporary freeze up after setup, but i equate that to installation and system learning profiles. For the price point is a nice intro system. Screen is clear and vivid, keys are large and have a nice touch. Will update if problems arise...

I was on the market for a new laptop and received help from an employee in the computer department who told me this was an excellent laptop at a great price and that it was Windows 11. Fast-forward to setting it up, not only was it NOT Windows 11, but it was basically a Windows-lite sample version. I had to purchase the operating system separately and install it. Now, that wouldn't have been an issue if I had known beforehand, and basically all the questions I had asked after being brought to this laptop were false. That said, once I got the laptop all set up with Windows 11, it's an excellent laptop. It runs fast and smooth. I have no complaints there, but for what I was expecting when I purchased it? That was definitely not the case and I'm not exactly confident in the employees in the computer department after this. All in all: great laptop; you need to purchase a version of Windows and set it up yourself. Taking that into consideration, it's still a wonderful laptop that's perfect for my needs.

This computer is okay. The first one I bought I had to return because the screen was completely black even though Cortana started going through the set up. Best Buy was great with the exchange. I like the larger size of the computer, the keyboard is comfortable and I love have 9 key on the side. The screen quality is just fine for my needs. The battery does not last long at all. If you are on the computer continuously it won't get you through anywhere close to the whole day. My only other complaint is the USB ports don't fit my thumb drives very well and it's a struggle to get them connected. It feels like something is not quite lined up correctly and I'm afraid it's going to destroy my thumb drives. But, it runs well enough for basic use (I don't play video games or anything like that).

This I feel was a hidden gem on Black Friday 2021! I saw a YouTuber mention this and before I knew it, I went ahead and bought it online. Great product and for a very cheap price. I was not disappointed when I got my hands on it

For a budget PC, this thing works well and has a decent amount of speed. I wouldn't and haven't tried any games but that is not what I need it for. Windows 11 can be easily customized to suit needs. Got it on sale for $399, not disappointed.

I have an older version of this computer and I love it. So, I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He loves his also. The setup was easy, easy enough for him to do on his own. This HP Laptop is sleek and fast! Highly Recommend.

I was able to purchase this computer at a good price as a closed box.. I'm still learning how to do some things on it but it met my required minimum requirements. My only problem has been seeing the keys very well at night. I am a very senior citizen and find this computer easy to use.

Very Happy so far ! I haven't had the chance to use it very much....but Im happy w/ the price, the security, the salesman and customer service at the store makes that the best Best Buy Store. Pick up was ez and the web ads and whole experience I'm happy enough to come back or buy online.

I replaced my laptop of 10 years by Gateway with this one. I am very pleased with my choice for every day use. Great product for the price!

I love this laptop. It’s thin and lightweight. Fast processing. The battery has an excellent life as well. I’m very happy with this product. Definitely recommend if looking for a simple office laptop with 10 key.

For a low end laptop it performs well enough for my business needs. I've seen reviews that complain about the keyboard not being responsive to touch, but I have no complaints with it. I've had the laptop for about a month now and my only complaint is there is no indicator for the Num Lock. There is an LED light in the Caps Lock key and the Mute key. I don't know why they couldn't put one in Num Lock. It can be a headache in a spreadsheet when it is off, and you think it is on.

I bought this laptop for my nephew at high school, it's pretty good and he is very happy with it, I saw complains about the noisy cooling system but I didn't find it too annoying, overall for the price I think It's a good product.
