I love this computer. It is so fast and easy to type on. I had an old laptop that had to stay pugged in, so had my son help me purchase a new one. For my basic needs this is perfect. Easy set up and ready to go quickly.

I was disappointed that it did not have a touch screen and the keyboard is silver and the very light lettering on the keys make it difficult to see unless in bright light. But it is fast and a light computer.

This HP is very fast. But like all home computer it has its downside as well. The dependence on SSD for storage provides a rapid fetch capability but the limited space makes me very glad I had the foresight to but a external USB multi port and external drives.

This is a nice little buy for the money. It is just used for work functions so it's plenty fast. (internet browsing, word processing, spreadsheets, etc...) Decent battery life. I am pleased with this purchase.

My Mom was is desperate need of a laptop as hers was on its last leg and practically falling apart. We got this for her as a Christmas gift and to say she was happy would be such an understatement. The amount of joy it brought her was enough for a five star for me. She only uses a computer for day to day use and only has ever used HP so this was perfect for her. It ran smooth and fast and was exactly what she needed. Sadly my Mom recently passed away and the laptop had a very short life with her but it really was a solid computer for day to day use. My father has the laptop for any needs he has with work and online things and so far it has still held up great.

Best Buy is the first place I go while looking at purchasing new technology equipment. The Geek Squad makes it all the more valuable - information and help at your fingertips if you don’t have all the tech skills to “do it yourself”. This year alone, multiple hard drive purchases, laptops, iPad, printer, and various accessories. I am fortunate to have a local Best Buy store !

Excellent computer for college students. Bought this for our son who was going to college and this thing is a beast for the price point! Everything looks great runs great and is an all out great computer.

It was inexpensive so I really should not complain. The laptop works as it should. You really can't go wrong. My complaints are with the monitor and S Mode. I've had alot of computers, chromebooks, Kindels, and tablets over the years but this one has the worst looking screen I've ever seen. It just looks dull. I had to turn up the brightness to almost max. Now S Mode is something new to me. Never heard of it until now. It showed it's ugly head when I tried to install printer drivers. I had to research the internet and finally found a way to turn off S Mode. But you get what you pay for. And for what I paid (on a Black Friday Sale) it's an OK laptop.

Great laptop at a great price! I got it on a Black Friday deal and the ssd makes it a very fast laptop for the price! Just make sure to change it from windows S mode. A couple of clicks in settings

Fast computer Great display Was not aware laptop Windows was in S Mode. Salesperson did not mention that to me; what it is/is not; any workarounds, etc. It was a complete surprise to me when I started using it at home. I had to learn what it is, benefits, disadvantages, etc. I finally figured it all out. I would have appreciated it if the salesperson would have mentioned it to me. Actually, I don't think she even knew or was aware it came in Windows S mode. That would have saved a lot of time and effort on my part. Overall, this laptop was a good buy.

Camera cover got broken in just a month time and neither Best Buy nor HP support were ready to fix issue. Other confit is ok and price is on the higher side.

I was looking for an inexpensive laptop to run a business suite if services, internet and email. This laptop is perfect. It’s simple to set up and get started right away and functions well. I love it.

Computer works really well. No issues with it - although I wish I had sprung for a slightly bigger SSD, it is a great value for what you get and so far it has been good for my use as a work computer.

I bought this laptop for college. One of the main factors was the ability to run Microsoft 365, and it is performing as expected. The price was the deciding factor and I feel it was money well spent.

For the money, this laptop cant be beat. I usually go with Lenovo products, but this laptop was the right price, with the right specifications.

Basic laptop computing. Perfect for personal or home business use. HP quality. Price was impossible to beat. Screen is great. Resolution is better than expected. Fast processor with decent memory. Can't complain.

My wife loves her new laptop. It is thin, light, and fast. I was a bit uncertain as to the Windows 10S, but am quite quite pleased with the OS. Overall, the laptop is outstancing!

I think this is a great laptop for the value. Easy to set up and use. I have been a Dell product person and tgeir products are very good also, but this HP certainly meets my needs.
