My new computer was set up for me by Best Buy and works great. No problem connecting to my internet when I got it home. Everything was explained to me before I left the store which made it easy for me when I got home.

This computer is fast, lightweight, and does everything I need for work. The speakers, however, are a little buzzy and I listen to music all day long while I work. That's a bummer, but everything else is great so I'll call this a definite win.

Actually ordered 2 of them- one for my dad and the other for my wife. Both use them used for budget and social media reasons only. Fast, (once updated out of the box), brilliant display, and so far, flawless performance. Plugged in most of the time so can't give a battery life rating. At this point- would buy again!

Good screen battery is good work what I need it to do

I am not a computer person. don't use a lot. It seems to use battery awfully fast. I don't know why.

Well, it certainly is better than my last PC which was TEN years old. Much faster and sleeker. But, the keyboard is off center and I keep putting my fingers on the wrong keys. LOL. also, it takes a while for the system to come back on screen if I have been away for a few mins. Maybe user error, but I don't think so. Anyhow I do like it.

Wife loves the new computer. It does everything she needs it to do.

My Mom is very happy with this. Works well and easy for her to use.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. This HP is fast, charges quickly and weighs next to nothing. This HP is a giant upgrade over the Lenovo(garbage) it is replacing.

I recently purchased a HP laptop, I had been wanting a new pc. However it had been 10 years since I had used a pc and when I got home with it, I was like what was I thinking. I sit down in my recliner and started messing with it and was getting nowhere, I thought wow I sure could use the geek squad but being stubborn as I am I finally got the hang of it so I thought. The pc's have changed so much in 10 years that I was really shocked. I am a lot better operating my HP pc now and am very glad that I made this purchase. My saleswoman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the pc's and and her job.

I had hoped it'd be a bit faster (less lag time in loading things) but seems adequate. I'm still adjusting to the offset keyboard (trying to remember to realign my hands so my fingers are on the correct keys though the mouse pad is similar to my previous computer so that seems to work fine.

I bought this laptop for school use only and it's perfect. It's fast and plenty of storage for documents, reports, etc. Windows 11 took a few minutes to get used to, but it's great. Display is great. I would definitely recommend.

I purchased this computer on sale and it's great for personal use. I use it for searching the web, checking emails and listening to music. It's fast and user friendly. The only problem I have is the loud fan when charging.

Computer was supposed to have 15 month Microsoft Office 365 included -- I cannot find it or a code to install it. The order at the best Buy store showed it was included -- and assured by the STORE manager at Surprise, Chris as being included.

Just fine for daily routine office/student use. The only down side if you would say is it comes with windows 11 safe mode which limits you to install only Microsoft approved applications. You will have to turn off the safe mode or downgrade to windows 10 if you need to install outside their

Very easy to set up. Love the raises buttons due to this being fair a 72 year old. He has had no problems using it. Even learned to use it without a standard mouse. Very reasonably priced as well.

Bought this to replace my 6 year old HP. It's great for what I need it for but I didn't realize how much I would miss the touch screen on my old HP. But overall, I am happy with the speed and graphics, battery time, etc.

Just what I needed, at a great price. Would recommend to others.

Was a good computer …. while it worked. After less than a year, the hard drive can’t be accessed. Cannot find anyone locally who does HP warranty work. Disappointing.

Perfect for surfing the web, runs well. Moneywise, it was a great deal, pretty inexpensive, so not too worried about it getting banged up taking it with me out or on vaca.
