I got this computer in October 2021. It is a great computer for everyday use. I especially like the matte screen that has no light reflection in my eyes. So far I am satisfied with it, 98%. 2% is left for improving the fan noise that comes out of computer quite often, this was not an issue with HP previous model.

Thin and lightweight, easy to handle, nice display

Unfortunately this computer has charging issues, and is being shipped back to them as I type this because it no longer would charge. Many hours with customer support worked initially, but failed, as the computer is now fully dead. But more disturbing, HP says my one year warranty will be up in three days, when I have my Best Buy purchase receipt clearly showing I bought the computer in august of 2021. Ten months, I’m fairly sure, does not count as a year. Needless to say, I regret buying an HP. I’ll accept a defective product as that rare occurence, but this whole process has turned me off from the company.

This is an awesome laptop, its smaller then my previous one, but I love it. So very happy with it. Its so easy to use.. Great customer service (i ordered this over the phone and paid for it without even seeing it) I was referred by family as they only use Best Buy.. Now us too. DCoats

So far it is doing ok. I hope it lasts longer than the last two lap tops I bought. One lasted less than 2 years and I was told, that was about how long most computers last and the other one I had only lasted 7 months. I have geek squad help membership to tune up my computers but it hasn't helped much. Sometimes I wonder if they know what they are doing. The last time I was in, I basically had to tell the technician what to do. I didn't want to do it myself, for fear of messing something up. I hope you screen your techs so they aren't messing peoples computers up. Sorry, but I am pretty upset about it. If this computer doesn't last very long, I may have to shop somewhere else. Third times a charm. I just bought this computer in July and it is sometimes slow, I haven't had any major issues with it yet.

The HP laptop has a Intel Core i5 with 8 GB memory. Sweet little laptop. Nice looking, does the job efficiently. Great investment for teens and adults. We chose the silver color and it has a clean look. We needed it for some projects that have enough memory for them.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my wife...and she loves it! It gives her immediate response and she finds it great for her job, her connection to friends and family. The Best Buy staff were extremely knowledgeable and made the whole purchase process to be seamless.

Love it. smaller, lighter weight. A slight learning curve with Windows 11 but getting used to it. Do miss a cd drive, but can attach an external one. One small drawback is the photo editor. Will have to install another app or purchase a better option.

Extremely fast startup. Up and down arrow keys too small. Snap feature doesn't seem to work as well as previous, much worse computer (don't know if fault of Windows or HP). Wish there was an option to purchase without trackpad for sake of wrists. Key customization would be nice.

I love this laptop, anything HP designs would most likely be an amazing device(my opinion of course). So far so good. I'd love to dig deeper to see what hidden features this laptop has to offer. It's great for moderate tasks. The i5 processor does its job well!

This computer is exactly what we needed, and the fact that it's so slim and light-weight is a bonus! It will be great for taking on trips, so that we can connect it via HDMI to a television for watching movies - or just doing the everyday computer "stuff."

So far I am loving this laptop. The mouse is easy to use compared to my old one. I love the 10 key feature. It turns on quickly and it seems to have a decent battery life. I wish it had more usb ports and an ethernent port but other than that its a great laptop.

This was not a planned purchase. I am a long time Apple user, and still am. My employer required me to have a PC laptop. After speaking with family, friends, and colleagues I landed on this machine. I like the size of screen and the 10-key pad.

Had to return the first thinking there was a issue with the laptop but it wasn't, it was the windows update that was defective we got it on sale and even tho it's not too of the line my gf had had no issues at all on the new laptop and works from home

So far I have enjoyed this laptop. Start up is fast and the memory of 500GB is sufficient enough for me. I use the computer for entertainment and also to further practice development (Java, Python, Microservices). This laptop has met my needs.

HP- 15.6 Laptop Intel Core i5- 8GB Memory - 256GB - Natural Silver. I like this laptop it helps me do what I need to do. I like the keyboard. It allows me to type comfortably. It holds a charge good. Overall it works for what I need it to do.

The Laptop was great but still too difficult to set up. Geek Squad sessions were helpful but still had trouble once at home. I really needed a resource person at home to help me set up.

Purchased two units for my kids. I chose the I5’s to cut costs but with the SSD I am not noticing a major difference between some of the other units I own. Decent picture display, sound is average, no the battery seem to hold up well.

Based on the specs, I think I got an excellent deal with this laptop. i5 CPU + 8GB of RAM should be good for a couple of years. Unfortunately, it's a Christmas gift so I haven't had the chance to actually use it, but it looks great.

Reasonable laptop for a reasonable price. Display is not as bright as I had expected it to be. This is a good entry level laptop for my 5-year old. He plays Roblox, Minecraft and uses ABC Mouse and The Adventure Academy on this laptop.
