Lightweight, starts up quickly, and runs well. Meets all my needs as a teacher. It was a great value and arrived a few days after ordering.

The new laptop is so different from the one it replaced it is difficult to list everything. Quick? Oh yes, compared to the HP I had for years. I still have not begun to learn everything it offers as I only use it for small personal projects rather than school or business. The people in the Geek Squad are patient and willing to answer any and all concerns I have.

Its my everything computer. Handle work like a horse, and even able to some light gaming on it (no, not bejeweled). I always choose HP computers.

I gave this laptop to my daughter and she was happy to have it for her online classes. It’s fast and reliable. I am going to get one for my wife too.

I was looking for a new laptop and had to choose among so many brands. I found this and never regretted it!

My wife hadn't had a new computer for years. She didn't want one, but I decided to get a new one so I could get Windows 11 on hers. This was a great machine with an amazingly good price. I got it for $399. I just saw a Dell computer today that had the exact same generation of operating system, memory, and storage for $200 more. and of course Surface is always more, and Lenovo which I have is also a lot more. So I'm very happy that I jumped on this.

For this price, this is a great little laptop with mid-level capabilities. The i5 processor is a nice balance of power an power-management and while some activities were forcing use of swap once the physical memory was exhausted, I happened to have a compatible pair of unused 8GB sodimms I was able to easily install boosting the memory to 16GB. So far I haven't seen the laptop resort to swap memory, and it seems like my battery life is a little better as well! I would not hesitate to buy this again for the price and capability of this little trooper of a laptop!

Very nice for the price. Got this on sale for $170.00 of the normal price so very pleased about that. HP is pretty much my go to brand when thinking about computers. It was time for an upgrade and this didn't disappoint. I've still got my old HP laptop (10 year old Black Friday Special), but it is an antique by today's standards. Not sure of current pricing but at $399.99, I felt like this was a steal.

Overall it's a very good laptop for home study and internet. The performance and weight is above average. Worth what I paid.

CPU is Intel's new 10nm mobile processor, much lower heat and power usage with better performance. It also has new generation of integrated GPU, which performs well on video encoding / decoding, and can play even some light games. Average SSD and RAM spec. Overall good for every day loads like work, study. Good value when on sale.

There is nothing spectacular about this laptop, but there isn't anything significantly terrible either. I'm sad to report that it has crashed two times since I owned it for about a month, however I'm willing to bet it was my fault for pushing the limits of the hardware. It also did not result in any corruption or loss of data, and reboots itself surprisingly fast. With that said, this laptop generally performs its intended purpose near flawlessly. If you're a college student or a businessperson who wants a lightweight and portable computer to help you with your tasks, this is a good choice. If you're a gamer, visual artist, or any profession that requires more advanced hardware, you probably shouldn't consider this one.

Good price, I recommend. It’s a little big to me, but it is only a personal opinion. It’s fast and nice.

I exchanged the Lenovo Ideagaming pad for this laptop. This laptop is far better than the piece of junk Lenovo was. The battery life is fantastic. I like that this also has a fingerprint scanner and Windows Hello Built-in. The performance of this laptop is decent for the price point. So far I am very satisfied with this laptop. I would highly recommend buying this laptop or HP computer to anyone who is in the market for a PC.
