Nice guys but keyboard is cheap and hard to read

The keys feel like very cheap plastic and the color of the letters on the keys make them almost impossible to read except in bright light and then the screen washes out! Very disappointing for an HP product!

Battery won’t charge, not the cord

This computer was fine until at a year from purchase date the battery stopped charging. It’s not the cord I’ve replaced it. So so fun. Exactly what I’m looking for when spending $800
