Attachment USB DVD did not work. Discs do not pop up on screen. This has always worked immediately with other computers. Will need to take to Best Buy. Battery does not last very long.

It a good computer for emails and schools. I brought it for work but I need something that was a little more faster and could handle my heavy work requiremnts Overall a good computer

Let me start off by saying, I HATE this laptop. I have to charge it CONSTANTLY. I should've known by getting another HP I would have the same horrible battery life like my last laptop. I purchased a new one for school and work. It's more of an inconvenience than anything. I had a full battery last night and after doing homework for 1 1/2 hours it is completely dead. I also had an important Zoom presentation last week and it kept saying it could not connect to wifi. Imagine how stressful it was! After restarting twice it finally connected. I paid way too much to have to sit by an outlet to use my laptop more than 1 hour. Yes, it plays HD videos with no issue or lag but that doesn't erase all the other trouble I have with it. If I could return it, I would do so in a heartbeat. I hate that I am stuck with it. I do not recommend unless you want to sit by an outlet 24/7 with this stupid laptop. The keyboard layout also causes me so much pain in my wrist. The placement of the scroll pad hurts my right wrist so bad and now my hands and fingers cramp up and ache after owning this for a few months. ugh

This is not a good laptop at all, the mouse part keeps getting stuck and lets the mouse run all over the screen, I could not get any help with this product and it’s been over a month! The staff was rude saying nothing they can do, when the man took me to it and pointed it out and said it the best but I had to order it offline since they didn’t have any in stock

bought 9 of these. 2 of them failed to boot. 1 of them had USB issues straight out of the box

It’s not fast enough. I bought it for university purposes and it wasn’t enough, it’s a slow laptop.

The baseline laptop I’ll recommend. It gets the job done well

As soon as I started using the computer, the network driver stopped working immediately. I only had the computer exactly 16 days and usedcit once. My receipt for best buy said i only had 15 days to return it. So it was after the 15 days and could not return it. Called hp and they are giving me the run around. Its a piece of crap and I spent 650 for nothing.

Pretty slow but hasn't crashed. Wouldn't but it again

Got the computer worked fine for a few weeks then out of the blue it doesn’t boot up I get a blue screen that says sign in but the sign in box doesn’t show up. So googled tried some work around so had to take it to a computer shop for them to fix. So here I wait for the call.

Sucks, won’t ever stay connected to internet. Every-time it’s turned on it says there’s an issue connecting. Most of the time I have to run Wi-Fi diagnostics and it takes hours to be able to connect again. If I could return the laptop I would in a heart beat.

Mouse pad sticks screen blinks not real happy and now i have to buy another laptop and i just this one in March because the only way to get it fixed is either send it back or pay to have it fixed

Turned it on twice now less than six months later won't power on at all. Doesn't show any lights when connected to the charger. Wasted hundreds of $$$
