The Battery life is not long. I have to keep laptop charger plugged in because without it, the laptop does not stay charged but 21/2 hours

If i can leave 1 start i will i purchases 1 microwave 1 dishwasher over 40 days and no one has come to install or even keeping us up-to-date with our purchase

Windows 11 not compatible with printer. I purchased two different printers and had 3 different techs work on this issue and still not working properly.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Owned for 4 months and the battery won't keep a charge. Worst computer I have even owned.

Does not meet our needs at all. We feel the associate did not explain this fully at all. Dissatisfied.

Totally enjoying my new laptop because in short : the HP 14" 2-in-1 Touch screen is high quality , durable , versatile & fast with an easy typing keyboard , a variety of ports & useful options and a long-lasting battery which satisfy all of MY needs ! I mainly use my laptop for creating online content (website , videos , pics) ; personal business using MS Office ; and online streaming. I use it on average 3 hours each day. (put it on "sleep" after each use and "Shut Down" once a week) LIKEs - Simple/ Easy to set up - High functioning keyboard to type fast - Long lasting battery with low to mid usage - Super fast - Accurate touch screen - Descent camera for posting vids (better than others) - Quality speaker sound - Versatile usage [flip while streaming (movies, TV, vids) or Fold as a "notepad" or Use as a laptop] - Built-In tools to create online content - Bluetooth pairing with my devices - Able to connect my camera, HDMI, micro-memory card, jump drives DISLIKEs : - Screen sits low (yet I understand to allow it to fold) - Having to exit S-Mode is odd ; why not just give option to enter into S-Mode [BTW : I had originally purchased the HP 15" and didn't like the awkwardness of typing off-centered due to the full-number keypad. So I exchanged it for this one (HP 14" 2-in-1 Touch Screen) .] I think this is a GREAT option if you are looking for a solid laptop!

Had to take it back... I couldn't reprogram myself to learn how to use it..

So far the computer is great! Easy to use. I haven’t updated my laptop for 10 years so there was some adjusting to do. I was upset to see you have to pay for Microsoft Office, which was not the case before. Any ideas on where to get free office programs ?

HP Model 15-dy2193dx, HP - 15.6" Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Natural Silver - I bought this laptop for work. I build homes for Habitat For Humanity. The machine stays home. It is good for email, typing papers, making spreadsheets, watching videos. It is fast to start and shut down, as well as doing updates. The screen is clear and big enough for me. The case is plastic, has a good hinge and isn't too flimsy when you hold it with one hand by the corner but, it's not a metal case so be careful.

Still trying to figure out how to do everything but the computer is very fast.

I recently went back to college and needed a laptop. It has been years since having a working computer and I was clueless as to what to purchase. This was my purchase and up to this point, it has been a wonderful addition to my school arsenal. I haven’t checked into all of its capabilities, but it’s perfect for a homeschooling mom of three/college student.

The computer has performed as advertised. It was easy to set up and did as expected from the very beginning. I would buy it again.

Great little laptop. It fit my needs exactly, is quick and sleek.

I regret buying this. I wish I had shelled out more or bought a different brand. I had a Macbook before this, but needed something with Windows for work. And my five year old Macbook still runs so much better than this. Any time I'm away from my laptop for more than a thirty minutes, it won't connect to the internet and I have to restart it. The fingerprint feature is kind of nice, but it doesn't work that well. And I get very frequent (and annoying) notifications for HP or things like McAfee while I'm trying to work. The battery life isn't great either.

This computer is a piece of junk. It drops the internet connection all the time, the keyboard is crap and the touch pad works sometimes and sometimes doesn't.

The mousepad sticks and I’ve already had issues with the wireless card seemingly failing temporarily for no reason. I’m sure I’ll have problems down the line, but can’t get answers about a refund.
