I love this laptop it feels like an expensive unit but without the price tag.

This Laptop was ok. Good product for the price, but had keyboard issues fairly quickly.

I LOVE this laptop! It is lightning-fast and a true workhorse. Handles several applications at the same time, and very little loss of speed. It is lightweight and I am so very happy with it!

Smooth running laptop only thing i didn't like was it had to be taken out of S mode to get other apps that weren't Microsoft apps. Once that was done no other issues.

Does exactly what I bought it for. It is fast and the price point was well within my limit. Light weight and easy to carry.

It's a nice laptop and reasonable price. I was approved for $1000 credit so I didn't pay anything in store. Battery life last a long time and its has quick internet access.

This was purchased for college, but has turned out to be great for playing games and watching that favorite show.

A highly capable laptop computer at a budget price. It does everything I need it to do and comes with Win 11 installed which runs all my productivity software. Only weak points I have found include its small number of USB ports, three included, and the thin low visibility legends on the keys which make them difficult to see in dim light.

Large keyboard - for those that are used to a smaller keyboard, this may take time to adjust to. The number key pad & arrows also take a little while to get used to as they are not what I am used to. Speed seems to be vary- possibly a wifi issue though. Still, there are pros: it comes with windows 11. It’s lightweight & slim & the battery is great! I can get through almost half a work day on a fully charged battery. It was a gift so I cannot comment on its pricing but I imagine my gift giver got a good deal.

Originally, I purchased an HP Envy, but there was no numerical key pad and the screen, although glass, seemed a bit dim for me. I returned it and bought this computer instead. The screen is bright and clear and I am enjoying the numerical key pad. The only reason I came to purchase a new computer was that my cat knocked a glass of ice water onto my old one! Good thing he's so cute!

Other than Widows 11 being a bit of a pain, HP makes a good laptop. Speed is good. Sale price was good. Features are good.

So far so good. Sleek and quick response. Needed a new laptop that could extend to an external monitor but was also easy to use and was light. Hit all the blocks. As with any computer, only time will tell if it truly is worth 5 stars.

bought this for a wfh job originally and it worked fine for that including gaming on low settings but even though i take great care of this laptop its been completely freezing when im working on stuff and either it shuts itself off or i have to manually shut it off by holding the button. kinda sad about that since its functionally useless now for what i need a PC for.

This laptop is exactly what I wanted and needed. While I am still getting used to Win 11, I am very pleased with this purchase. The quality of the computer and its price is a win-win.
