Very high quality product. I purchased this laptop to work from and wanted something durable, hugh speed and light so it is easy to carry. So far, it has met all expectations. Great product and woild recommend.

Ive had HP laptops last for decades! This one is NOT IT. Ive had to replace countless chargers, and the charger port, and now the cooling fan is out and will fry the mother board if I operate it. Do not recommend for durability whatsoever, or internal mechanics. The operating system is decent. But only having the laptop less than 2 years and all this. Not cool Dude. Not cool.

The service from both the salesman and the Geek desk were outstanding. Both were helpful in assisting in my purchase of my HP Laptop and helpful in setting up my computer and installing the Office Software I purchased and my files from my old computer.

Excellent work laptop. This machine is great for general office work. Nice and snappy. I wouldn't want to do anything super intense on it like video editing though. But for school/work, it's great.

I love it. It was on sale so that was a factor. It's very similar to the Dell laptop that I had for 12 years so is easy for me to use. I hope I can get 12 years out of this HP too.

Bought for son as a Christmas gift and he loved it. Very easy to use. Keyboard is comfortable. Screen dynamic is great. A teenager that has no complaints about it.

Much better than my last one. It's fast and has a lot more memory. I can keep multiple pages open and their they are. So nice.

Computer is fast. My only complaint is that the keyboard letters are so, so faint I can't see them properly, The keyboard isn't lighted so I just have to suffer with it.

This laptop is easy to use. Easy to download software and the screen is clear and easy to read. I love everything about this laptop!

I truly love this computer It is absolutely fast. and it is tremendously awesome looking and the Camera is has awesome resolution. The sound on the computer is awesome also.

So far everything is great. I originally bought a different laptop than went to pick it up. Sale advisor Paul Muller had explained the laptop I purchased was only 4gb and wasn't as efficient and quick. So he recommended that I bought one with at least 8gb so we choose this laptop. Since having the computer I haven’t heard one complaint from my wife. The computer is perfect in size for sitting on the couch with it on your lap or if you want to put it on the desk and use it for work or to pay bills etc. I highly recommend it so far. I’ll check back at a later time to give an updated review.

I needed a new laptop for school and general activities like web browsing. I often have many tabs open so I wanted something with enough RAM to handle the heavier loads from particularly busy sites and tasks running in the background. This model has a decent capacity available for expansions and decent hard drive space for saving all of my schoolwork as well as a few other applications. The keyboard is nice for those with bigger hands. Screen quality is only mid-tier but it gets the job done for my basic needs.

It is alright for the price, however the battery charge doesn't last as long as the product specification states that it does.

Love it, worth every penny!!! It is fast when I switched over all my files there's plenty of remaining storage.. Super stoked I bought this computer...

I bought this laptop to use for working at home because I needed intel core for my work systems. Speed is great and no issues so far.

This laptop works well for my daughter who uses it for school and entertainment. It's fast and has a solid state hard drive which is nice for gaming.

My wife needed a computer for work. This was a good price with decent specs. It works great for email, web, video streaming, and some Minecraft.
