I love my new laptop. It is easy to use and very fast. I've had very good experiences with HP in the past, and this is no exception. Quiet fan. I love that the keyboard has a keypad. While I rated the battery life as excellent I've only used it plugged in. I generally don't move my laptop from the desk where it's at.

When I received the HP Laptop, I was very impressed with it's appearance. I was anxious to turn it on and check it out. But I was disappointed when I tried to turn it on and use it. That didn't work for me. I couldn't get it to work like my previous HP. That's when I decided to return it to Best Buy.

great machine but case is not very durable at all. I short foot and a half fall from a chair and the screen and case cracked making it unfixable.

i love this laptop!! i figure this would be a small temp laptop to get a better one, but this ended being worth every sent. all i did was update the hard drive to 1TB and its perfect for me now.. thank you

Love the size. Works very quickly. Takes no time to start up or shut down. I can’t say enough about the speed. I have only one slight complaint - letters are printed in gray on keys - sometimes hard to see in dim light.

This is a quality product with the majority of features that you would need. The only thing I wish it did have was an ethernet plug-in.

We found this awesome HP laptop on sale. Has everything we need for the house. Only concern is the weight. A little heavier than I would like and wish they had the touchscreen in stock.

This laptop is excellent. My one drawback is the two USB ports are too close to each other. I have a cordless mouse and it limits the flash drives that can be used in the other port.

This laptop is perfect. I went with the expectation of buying something else, but the staff worked with me in determining what my needs are and what would be the best product. I'm very pleased.
