Excellent computer for college student. Quick processor

Was looking for a replacement laptop to use for general everyday use. Found this one online and it was available at the local store. They did not have this particular model on display but did have one similar so I bought it after reviewing the display. I have been very pleased with the design and size. It was a little slow to get booted up at first and the updates done but after multiple restarts it seems to be doing well

This computer got the job done and was a great price when our other one broke.

This computer works well for what I want it to do. But I am really disappointed that it has no audio. Most of the time I have the sound off, but I wanted to preview a CD and no sound. The trouble shooter on the computer indicated that no sound card was installed. That shouldn't be an extra it should be standard.

I've only used it for a month but it seems to be a quality machine. Response is quick and resolution of the screen is good. I'm happy with the value per dollar spent.

Laptop works great. Not very heavy. The ENTER & Right Click buttons are hard to press. Requires more force than Ived ever experienced with other laptops.

I enjoy this laptop. Used it for work. It's quite fast for what I need to create graphic designs, thanks to Intel i5 and the 8GB RAM. Definitely recommended especially if you can get the deal during holidays with $100 off from the retail price.

I've had this computer for almost a year now and it is easily the best laptop I've purchased. Easy to use and great functions.

Everything is fine with the laptop, unless you want sound. I don't know if it is just the one I got but after every restart the audio driver deleted it-self. This problem occurred within two weeks of purchase. Custumer Service at Best Buy was not helpful and the Geek Squad kindly offered to assist at their over-priced hourly rate. Seriously regret doing business with Best Buy! Having the driver install as a startup program fixed this but it is not a permanent fix.

I hate that they dont give you Microsoft Office anymore! I love the laptop though! Its lighter then my last laptop.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this computer for the speed, Windows 10 as well as the ability to keep up while I multi-task!!

Works well for me for banking shopping Facebook emails etc. I am not a gamer so I don't know how it would be for that. The one thing I don't like is the speaker I can barely hear it on certain things.

I needed way more storage for my pictures. This computer has tons of storage and was on sale for a great price!
