    This laptop is slow not sure if it hates windows 10 or if the hard drive turns at 10rpm but not loving it

    specs are pretty good.hp customer service sucks.the pre loaded software would not uninstall.the anti virus was never set up or used since i like a different company's software.the pre loaded junk disabled my anti virus and then did not protect me since it was never set up.hp wont do anything but give me the run around or want to charge me for support.never again hp

    Laptop arrived as planned. Took advantage of free Geek Squad set up. Everything on my HP laptop working well, Geek Squad made sure updates were in place and software, security was installed/ operational. Very satisfied.

    My pre-teen son saved his money, did research and with the help of the knowledgeable Best Buy employee decided this was the laptop he wanted. He is very pleased. Haven't had any problems with it. I'm a happy mom.
