Terrible Computer

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This computer is LITERALLY trash. 14 months after purchase it no longer works at all (conveniently right after the warranty expired). Camera NEVER worked. Keys go dead extremely often and computer shuts down sporadically. Complete waste of money and considering never shopping with best buy ever again. Meanwhile the computer itself physically has never sustained a drop or have anything spilled on it. I wish I could give this 0 stars.

Really like product, but 2 issues

The function key (fn) and the 2 brightness keys, increase and decrease don't work. The (fn) key and decrease volume key doesn't work. The decrease volume icon doesn't light up at all, it's clearly broken. It's a back-up, so haven't tested all functionality to date. 2) The laptop didn't come with any information. I had some simple questions about the keyboard, but the Best Buy people either couldn't or wouldn't answer my questions because they didn't sell it. I've owned other HP laptops, so I wasn't unfamiliar with the layout, and went online to find a similar product that answered my questions.
I would recommend this to a friend
