I purchased this computer for my wife to use for her new remote job. We are very pleased with this purchase. The processor is great, it is very responsive, and it has not had any quirks or buggy glitches. The touch screen feature is nice as well. I am a very satisfied customer.

I really enjoyed using this laptop because of the nice keyboard and because of the good CPU and SSD. This laptop is way faster than my previous one so it really is a plus. I also enjoy the battery life and the touchscreen, which both help in tremendous ways

This is a great laptop for regular home use. Im not a gamer who needs to spend a grand or more (lots more) for a well-equipped computer. This one is fast, lightweight, and came with Windows 11. I highly recommend.

Works pretty fast. Initial drawback was that I was not told that it contained an "S" windows version and would not have know what that was unless it was explained. Consequently I wasted many hours try get past the blocking of not Microsoft apps in order download Garmin Express. Buyers should be made aware of this issue!

I purchased the laptop about a month ago as a backup and have not used it extensively yet. However, even with the limited use, I have been very impressed with the speed, convenience and a sleek design. I would definitely recommend.

Love my HP. Simple to use/ manage. I was able to set up everything i need. Fast speed. Easy to access/ navigate. Friendly user. Would highly recommend it to anyone. I've always had a desktop now upgraded to a laptop. Wouldn't change it.

This laptop has operated as expected with one irritant. The battery life is sub standard. A backlit keyboard would have been nice but we didn't want to pay for it! Speed is great and everything is working as expected. We're happy after a month of use.

amazing for the price, able to run games perfect as well as handle the school work that I have, supports lockdown browser, only small issue is battery life is not super long and you may want to carry charger around but not a deal breaker

Excellent laptop. A lot of machine for a surprisingly small amount of money. RAM is good, SSD is good, i7 is good. I was expecting this kind of laptop to be 1K, but it was about half. Works perfectly for WFH.

I purchased this lap-top a month ago. All the features I needed to work remotely. The screen delivers clear and vivid visuals, reliable device with Intel 7, easy to multitask to get work done. One improvement is to have a backlit keyboard.

I bought it four months ago and it has been such a wonderful experience working with it. So far its speed has been great and the touchscreen as well . Thank you guys . Good purchase.

Overall a very sleek design, light weight, great battery life and screen display. Very good audio and the webcam works superb. It was my first new laptop in over 10 years hopefully this one has the same grit and dependablity.

very nice computer, super sharp and bright display. Of course it's fast with the i7 and SSD. Light weight. BUT do buy it on sale, not full price...simply because it does go on sale often.

I've not had any problems with it and it is faster and more responsive than I expected . It is also extremely light compared to any other laptop that I have had and I love the keyboard.

The laptop has great bells and whistles. It has a fast processor decent graphics and nice keyboard. The big downer is the battery life sucks. Almost immediately after unplugging a fully charged laptop the battery meter drops precipitously. As long as the unit is plugged in it is as advertised.

This is a great laptop if you need a good mid tier one. It’s fast, bright, responsive and light weight. I could easily see myself getting years out of this laptop

I never had a laptop i had a tablet. There is a lot of stuff to learn. I like it a lot . I like how bright it is . I like that it is not that heavy. It is a nice size screen. I can't stop going on it.

Good laptop, easy to carry and operate, wish would have bought a one with 1 TB storage.

Good PC for the money. If you are not gaming you could save money and get as much performance as you really need. You won't notice the extra performance, but your wallet will notice the savings.
