I've had it for a year or so and absolutely love it. Very fast, great screen color view! My only regret it doesn't have a lighted keyboard, which I knew that when I purchased it. My next laptop will have that feature no matter the cost.

I bought this as a Christmas gift and I’m told it’s great ! I don’t know much about computers so it was a gamble trying to pick a decent one.

This laptop was exactly what I needed. Perfect for average users plus it runs editing videos very smoothly. I’m not a professional video editor, but I’m happy that I can use my softwares without any issues. Very fast system, no lagging, keyboard is nice and I love the fact it has touchscreen. Definitely would recommend it to anyone with same needs.

I found one on line I liked. I seen they had one in outlet store. I bought it and liked it so well, I checked back and they still had another one in the outlet. So I ordered it also. Both work great and I got them at a bargain price.

Excellent laptop, the best you can get for that amount of money. I really think it’s all the best feature regarding RAM, SSD, Graphics and processor power for $800 at any store, for sure! (I wish it could be on special sale or in a pack including any software deal; nonetheless, it’s still the best deal I could find at BEST BUY)

Great computer for keeping up with bills, downloading pics off my phone and social media. Love the large touch screen and the 10 key feature makes it easy for my spreadsheets. Purchased the keyboard protector and hard case to match on Amazon!

The laptop was excellent and in good condition. The delivery was excellent, smooth and on time with no scratches. The only downside is the battery; it does not last long, but overall, aside from the battery, the laptop is excellent. Thank you, Best Buy.

I am very happy and pleased with the laptop, it’s speed and storage capacities are very good for a “budget friendly” item. Sound could be better and extra USB ports would be highly appreciated. Overall is a great option for daily basis activities with the perks of i7 processor.

I like PC’s more than my Mac. That being said, I returned an HP 2in 1 for this laptop. It’s the same size, but the 2 in 1 was built better. It uses usb c to charge, it has a light up key board, also it has a cover built-in on its camera,this one was NOT! The reason I thought this computer was better was because it had double RAM it has the I7. But other than that’s, I’m really disappointed with this laptop. I’m seriously thinking of getting back my 2 in 1.

I love this laptop. I have a LOT of programs that use a ton of RAM for work that is necessary that they run smoothly and efficiently, and this gets it done. I don’t have any complaints this far.

My daughter needed something that could hild her assignments n her video games. Perfect fit. Then the icing on the cake is that its touchscreen. She absolutely loves it!! I got a great deal on a good product. Worth the regular price as well.

Lightweight, quick and easy set up, with a smooth to touch keyboard. We definitely appreciate the fast startup speed and my husband says it's well worth the money. The only downside is that the power supply is not a usb-c charging port but the computer comes with the power supply so you are good to go right out the box.
