    Just purchased today. Works great so far. The fan is a little loud. Windows eleven s mode was not activated so I didn't have to worry about that. My only issue with the whole experience is I purchased a new computer and when I opened it the screen had fingerprints all over it and the keyboard had hair stuck in it. The store swears its a new device and not an open box.

    I upgraded this computer from a ver old model. I use this laptop stricly for school. I have no complaints and if what is your looking something affordable, and good enough for work and school, definitely worth it.

    I was very upset when I found out I needed to get a new laptop, but I was able to find the closest match to my old one. I love my new laptop! It’s faster than my old one, but everything else is about the same which is great. And I got a protection plan, so if anything happens, I won’t have to part with this one.

    Bought this laptop as an early Christmas gift for my wife. Very nice balance of size and weight, especially for having a 10-key keyboard (which she loves). The Intel 12th Generation Core i7 processor is lightning fast, which is crucial for her schoolwork and for browsing when researching. Overall a good performer that I would purchase again.
