fast and good screen. light to carry. Need one more port

I love this computer. its light and easy to take with you on the go. It's very nice to have a keypad as well. this is one of the best laptops I've ever owned.

Replaced HP Model 15 da007 (2018). Impossibly slow & cannot accept Windows 11. Wow. Super fast start-up and function now. Set-up a breeze (thx Geek Squad). Using Cloud sync/backup was new to this 76-yr old, but now seamless and intuitive. Great Black Friday price and very happy. Paired with new HP Envy printer; all is great!

Perfect product to get me through nursing school! I was a Mac user for 10 years but was not in the financial position to get another at this time. This HP has functioned perfectly and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality product at a decent price.

Purchased for my daughter last Christmas. Perfect for what all she needed it for. Mostly used it for her college classes. Again, perfect and no problems at all. Very easy to use.

I have bought this laptop twice. First for my mom who is a business lecturer and for my teenage daughter. The laptop is a perfect size for both with just the right amount of memory for their respective uses. My teenage daughter particularly likes the touch screen.

I sincerely wish it had more USB ports. Should've checked before I bought. And, it's my fault that I didn't opt for a more readable keyboard. My aging eyesight makes fine black letters on silver/aluminum keys very hard to read. Should've held off and ordered whiten letters on black keys (if available).

Excellent purchase. I bought this laptop for my 82 year old mom. She absolutely love it. Easy for her to use. She loves the touch screen and all of the new features HP has. I debated between the comparable Dell model. I am so glad I bought the HP. Better price and a bigger screen compared to the Dell model.

This computer has everything I need for pleasure and taking care of daily household business. The size is right, and the price was right. I highly recomment this HP laptop for those reasons.

I am very happy so far with my new computer. I am getting used to Windows 11. The Geek Squad has been very helpful in setting my computer up and answering all my questions. They retrieved all my info off the old computer which had crashed. I like the slim profile and touch screen.
