    I love my new laptop! It is exactly what I was looking for. I definitely needed a computer update but didn't want a laptop with all the bells and whistles. The salesman at Best Buy did a great job listening to what I needed and didn't try to sell me what I didn't want.

    Love this laptop!! The size and weight is perfect compared to my old one. Extremely happy with the customer service at the Best Buy location in Stevens Point. Transferred all my data from my old laptop and took the time to explain features and answered my questions.

    I’m happy with my computer. The staff wasn’t people friendly at Two Notch, Columbia location. Rock hill, South Carolina staff was so helpful. He was really amazing.

    Had to replace my HP laptop and after visiting the BB in Brick decided to stick with HP. Within my price range, two caught my eye: This was in S Mode (so easy to disable); the other came S Mode disabled, but was more expensive. Kinda a no brainer. So far the only thing I'm not crazy about (can't blame HP for all the W11 Bloat) is the battery time.
