Great laptop. Never ausdd a problem or lags, have not faced any issues.

Had to replace my HP laptop and after visiting the BB in Brick decided to stick with HP. Within my price range, two caught my eye: This was in S Mode (so easy to disable); the other came S Mode disabled, but was more expensive. Kinda a no brainer. So far the only thing I'm not crazy about (can't blame HP for all the W11 Bloat) is the battery time.

I love this laptop! The touchscreen feature makes it so easy for me do design! It's fast and battery life last for more than 8 hours.

I bought this computer for my wife as a Valentines gift, and because her other computer started to slow down because of age. She was not only surprised, but loved the new computer. She constantly talks about how fast it is, and how great the graphics are.

For what it is, it is good. It does start off Fn locked so make sure to change that if you prefer to use your F1-12 keys in the BIOS during start-up. It works well, and came in good crisp condition. It's a replacement for my Acer, better than it but cheaper in price actually!

A 15-inch laptop with a 10-key pad included. Add in touch-screen and HP quality. A winner. I wish the computer could be opened with one-hand, like my old Samsung - two hands are required with the HP.

Laptop has very good features at a good price. Pickup was good. Only issue was, the laptop was an open box item, not packaged which I though they could have used a least bubble wrap to protect it from scratches.

So far, so good. The size is perfect since I no longer need my extra monitor. It is fast and easy to use. It does not overheat like previous models. I was originally considering a Mac but this is budget friendly and is a great value.

I love this laptop. I bought it mainly for school and it is fast. The last laptop I got was exchanged 3 times before I settled on the one I used. I hope I will be able to use this for a long time.

Works great. The keyboard is really user friendly and the laptop is super fast The salesperson was very helpful and the geek squad was very friendly and knowledgeable and met all of our needs. Best Buy has great customer service.

Bought this to replace my work Mac Air. In many ways this is a superior machine. I will need to replace another Mac Air within the year. Will be buying a second one of these computers.

I purchased this machine because I needed a 64-bit operating system to be able to use the 2024 edition of Turbotax, So far I am very happy with this laptop, especially how fast it runs, as compared to my older, which is a much older HP computer.
