I love it! Large, touch screen with vivid color. The connection is always good, even though I live out of the city. Transferring information from my old device was unbelievably easy! And best of all, it was on sale!

The pc has a good size, the performance is good, the screen very fast responsive. No complaints of this device.

Just going off of the specs, i figured it would do the job for what i was needing it for. After a few weeks of using this laptop i learned i could use it for so much more! High speed, crisp HD and overall a great laptop.

Watching and waiting for an i7 core LT to go on sale, and it did. Had it now long enough to assess. Great machine for me and my needs.

Overall, the laptop itself is quite functional: it does what it is supposed to do. There are a couple of reasons for giving just 3 stars. First, the battery doesn't hold a charge for long; it is a piece of brand-new equipment and needs recharging rather soon. Second, it comes with a temporary MS 365 Office suite, which one must eventually replace with a paid subscription. And there's the catch: if you have one supplied by your employer, the laptop's new security app for Windows 11 requires you to permanently disable a new security app. Thirdly, after you do that, and you're warned that the security will be lost forever, the app won't allow you to still install a third-party app which, Ironically, it is an MS app, To me! it seems that MS wants to hold you hostage, to their selling scheme: they want your subscription, no matter what.

The HP laptop works pretty good. It is fast but fan runs loud. The keyboard bends and feels very cheaply made. I would not repurchase.

This is the 2nd HP laptop I have purchased. I love the touchscreen and all the functions of this computer.

Purchased this to replace my 15+-year old Toshiba laptop. Works great, much faster and was able to connect up with my old monitor to provide a larger screen because my eyes aren’t what they used to be. Now I can start my taxes.
