Excellent quality, item just as listed, expectations were met and then some! Appreciate the fast speeds and the touch screen which is handy.

This was a purchase for a charitable organization so I don't have many planned uses other than MS Office and Quicken and some internet sites. That said, it moves fast and does what I need. I like it thus far.

I love almost everything about his computer, it's less than a month old. The only negative is the battery life. Today was the first time I didn't have it plugged. The battery only lasted 2 hours. I don't have much on the computer and only had a couple of tabs open. I just noticed yesterday was the last day to return it, I have only had it for 2 weeks. I'll contact Best Buy to see what options I have. Otherwise, this would be a great computer.

This is a excellent buy for the price. ICore 7 has provided excellent processing speed and the iris graphics are great for my visibility. Lightweight hardware and I have no complaints for what it offers it delivers.

Quick and responsive computer with the latest i7 processor. Only downside that I have so far is that is feels like it isn't as durable as my last HP computer. Too many plastic parts and bezels, I guess.

The laptop sometimes starts to heat up after being charged for a while. Slows down, but when you unplug it, it goes back to normal. Battery life isn't very long-lasting either. Runs fast, though, and is a good laptop overall.

Just purchased this laptop to replace a core i7 HP laptop that I purchased back in 2018. The only issue so far is the keepboard and mouse pad are kinda cheap. Pressing the keys and mouse pad makes too much niose. Also there is no backlight on the keyboard.

This laptop is perfect for what I bought it for. Great to do simple tasks and simple searching. I love the touch screen and 10 key pad.

Bought this for our daughter. She said that it has cut her photo processing time down substantially from her previous laptop (noticeably faster). Screen clarity is also a plus. She is very happy with it overall.

We love this laptop. We get full size keypad with 15 in screen and Touch-Screen feature to boot! its light to travel with and has number pad as well. What's not to love.
