    I expected better from a brand like HP, but my experience with their laptop has been disappointing. Just five months in, the battery failed. I contacted Best Buy for assistance, hoping for a quick fix, only to be told it would take 2-4 weeks for repairs. Needing my laptop for daily use, I had no choice but to fix it myself. Adding to my frustration, the laptop is still under the manufacturer's warranty. This entire ordeal has been a letdown.

    Great computer. Does everything I need it to do. My old laptop was getting slow. This one is plenty fast. Turning off all the HP and Microsoft notifications is a pain. But once I got it set up the way I wanted, it works great!

    The track pad, even when the speed has been slowed, moves too fast. It also requires a lot of pressure to select items on the screen. The keys require more pressure which slows down typing speed. A little slow on startup. Otherwise, the computer works well.
