Great laptop for the price. Touchscreen works well, easy to use and navigate. The battery is a bit weak, but if you want an amazing battery its gonna cost ya.

The track pad, even when the speed has been slowed, moves too fast. It also requires a lot of pressure to select items on the screen. The keys require more pressure which slows down typing speed. A little slow on startup. Otherwise, the computer works well.

Love hp works as expected no problems with it at all

This computer started giving me trouble 3 months after I bought it brand new. The computer screen would just black out in the middle of use. I brought it into Geek Squad, and they fixed that part, however from then on every couple of days the screen would flicker, and then freeze. I've had the computer less than 2 years and I already have to buy another one.

The laptop was very excellent to use. And the processor was also excellent. Battery life was very good.

Sleek and easy to set up. Came with Windows Home but I upgraded to a Pro license and that was easy too! I love having the 10 key and shortcut buttons as well. Quality product at an affordable price.

Gave it to my daugter as a high school graduation gift. She loves it. Easy to use, fast great storage. She is still getting used to it as it was just given to her. She likes it.

Aside from Windows not allowing me to exit "S" mode, this laptop has been great. Awesome screen resolution and the processor moves quickly. Satisfied with purchase.

The battery is the only thing that is not so great on this computer. Otherwise I love everything about it.

Simple laptop, nothing super luxurious just wanted a faster working machine from my last computer. I am using it for school, an upgrade from my last computer.

I bought this laptop for school, it runs very good and can play some low level games on it as well.

So far, no complaints. Works as advertised. Would recommend for someone looking for an inexpensive laptop that has adequate memory and SSD storage and processing power.. The speed is nice too.

CPU is powerful, Graphics card is good enough for Basic gaming and normal ay to day stuff. Memory and other components can be upgraded easily so don't pay extra for a tech to do it for you. Instructions are readily available on YouTube. You can upgrade memory up to 64gb but if you feel the need for that much ram, you are probably needing a higher end pc. Wifi card will only go up to 433MB/s so you might want to upgrade it if you want faster speed or get an ethernet adaptor, both available on amazon for under $30 each.

I bought this for my grandson for school and it had great speed and descent memory. I had to buy one for my son in college.

The computer is great! Very satisfied for my first laptop. My only issue is that the battery doesn’t last long although I watch a lot of videos so I’m not sure if that has something to do with it. Otherwise I highly recommend.

The Specs on this laptop is pretty great for the price of it. We waited for a sale and it was worth the wait. Easy to setup like always and would also recommend a touchscreen for older users.
