So far works fine. It is somewhat irritating that everything is locked through Microsoft products and their store and when you try to add any app outside of the Microsoft store, there are all kinds of warnings regarding security. I've already purchased a Windows product, does Microsoft have to continue pushing me for further sales.

Love this new computer. It is so much faster than my old HP. I work from home and it does everything I need it to do.

Very fast. Battery life is ok. Great screen resolution.

This replaced an 8 year old hp desktop with an i3 that took 10 min to boot. New machine does everything I've asked of it. Boot takes 15 sec. Only negative is I hate Win 11

I like HP. This laptop is fast and responds with accuracy. I am working with a CAT software. I would not trust too many brands with this software.

Easy to use. Got for my elderly mother and she loves it. She can play her games and look at her pictures. She now checks her email everyday. She did it once a month before.

Great laptop, fast processor and great battery life

Great computer. It is a good enough store to do business or school work. A medium size which it goes well with travel or work in small spaces. This is a good purchase.

The charger is easy to disconnect since it’s magnetic.

They gave me the wrong laptop. Box says 15.6" but it was 14". They said someone will call me to verify if mislabled. Operator on the phone said the vendor did not mislabeled and that I was wrong. Bad service. I paid for a 15.6" but got a 14". Easy to measure the laptop. Operator on the phone was not helpful and did not get a call back from the store on the item to confirm issue. I will be making a trip to the store for resolution this weekend. This is nuisance since I live a bit of ways out and very busy. I'm checking now there's two left. Hopefully , it doesnt get sold by saturday so I can switch to what I paid a 15.6" not 14".

It does what I need it to do. Its for personal use and I didn't need any that was too fancy..

Laptop is perfect for my daughter. Powerful enough to run the adobe suite. My only complaints are with Windows 11, however, S mode for windows 11 does make this laptop a safer option for a 10 year old.

Given away as a Holiday Gift. Great Cheap, Starting Laptop for basic (browsing, streaming, email, school) laptop for those on a limited budget and just want something to get but more then a chrome book.

This is not the top-of-the-line laptop. However, it is a good, hard-working machine that does what I need it to do and the price was great. Fast, good features.
