    This an excellent computer for the price. We use it at home to run Quicken and do online banking software. Also it runs Office 365. No problems.

    Works fine overall. It came with Windows 11 S pre-installed which proves to be a problem when trying to install software even Microsoft Official Software. Needed to switch S mode off to be able to install Microsoft Office.

Performance: The laptop is significantly slower than expected, even with basic tasks like web browsing and word processing. Multitasking is a nightmare, with constant lag and freezing. 2. Battery Life: The battery life is far below the advertised duration. I barely get 3 hours of use on a full charge, making it unreliable for travel or extended use away from a power outlet. 3. Build Quality: The build quality feels cheap and flimsy. The keyboard is uncomfortable to type on, and the trackpad is unresponsive and inaccurate. 4.
