One issue that I was able to solve was the installation of the drive for an older printer. I needed an exterior drive to download the drive disc that came with the printer originally. Working well now. One question....I have an annual Webroot virus account with Best Buy. It's still on my old laptop. How do I go about transferring it to my new laptop?

However I say that AFTER taking the laptop off of "s mode". I had never heard of such thing until I went to turn this one on after I bought it. Anyways, since I turned that off I have enjoyed the laptop. No complaints besides the battery life, it drains veryyyy fast.

Windows 11 s mode is annoying.
