I was sold a defective product. The parts were replaced with duplicate ones. Exactly after 1 month, I started getting errors about Counterfeit Battery - non-HP battery detected. Also, the serial number and product # are not recognized by HP.

With in 1 month .. getting black line on screen and beat buy not ready to support replacement
