    MY last computer was 15 years old, so there was a slight learning curve to adapt to the newer technology of this one. Newer isn't always better...some things take more effort to get the same result. Was not told I needed to purchase a Microsoft package in addition to the computer. I probably would have chosen a less expensive model if the salesperson would have mentioned that. Overall, though, I am pleased with the computer.

    Set up was very easy works pretty well nice graphics. The only set back which is why I’m returning it tomorrow is that the battery only runs the laptop for about two hours before it goes dead and I have to plug it in. Other than that everything was good. I might’ve gotten a faulty one so that’s why I will be returning it tomorrow.

    So far so good. I bought this for my college kid, who’s in his sophomore year after his other HP stopped working after having that one for over 10 years. I have never had an issue with HP laptops so I stand by their product and hoping this one lasts him almost as long as the other one.
