    Greta experience buying the laptop. But it didn’t work on some external drivers and software that were needed for remote logging to my work desktop. Turns out it was in S mode which may have caused those issues. Ultimately I had to return it, and got another HP laptop instead.

    It’s a good computer for the price. Best Buy’s shipping was a mess . When I bought the product, I made sure it was in stock at the store before it was shipped. It wasn’t. They also make phone promises that tell can’t keep. They just tell you what you want to hear to get the order . They need improvement in orders and shipping
