    I don't know why I did not get a power cord. It is hard to tell if I pushed the power button hard enough. I don't know how to record my singing, which is a must. The store did not make it easy to use. I had to call the Geek Squad for better set up for emails.

    This was purchased for a small office. I love that it has a full keyboard with the number pad. A previous laptop I had didn’t have the number pad and I had to purchase a separate one, since I work a lot with numbers. It works well for our needs.
