Perfect for my needs. Fast, easy to maneuver, lightweight for size, dependable. First upgrade in 8 years because my previous HP was just as perfect for me. Glad I upgraded to this model.

Great price. Touch screen is convenient. The SSD makes for a fast boot up and data retrieval. And the processor and 16G of memory make it great for an everyday laptop that is also used for picture and video editing.

This is the best laptop I've owned! It works perfect for all of my work and streaming needs. I love that it's a touchscreen and the price was a steel! Tons of hardrive space and super fast. Highly recommend!

Love my new HP Laptop! Lightweight, easy to read and so quick on responses to my internet questions. I had an HP laptop for almost 10 years and due to circumstances not under my control, I had to buy a new one, even though it still worked pretty well. HP is a great product!

I have always preferred HP products for their advanced design, reliability and performance. It is beautiful and works perfectly.

I needed a new laptop and found this online. The price is great. I got it and couldn’t wait to start working on it. The screen is not too small and not too big. It runs smoothly! Not too heavy!

I really like this laptop. It is my first laptop so I have had a bit of a learning curve. But, I believe I will never go back to a desktop. It is lightweight, attractive and fast. The only negative is that the battery seems to run down much quicker than I thought it would.

So far, this has been a solid laptop. Good weight. Good speed with i7 processor. Good price--although i bought it around Black Friday in November. Really appreciate my geek squad membership to have it set up.

Laptop has a lot of storage & seems to be fast enough, BUT it runs the battery down in about 3 1/2 hours with only one tab open. It also will heat up very easily, so you can't really keep it in your lap or on any type of flat surface. And even with the best breathing room for the bottom vents, the FAN will still turn on, and it is LOUD. btw I took the original one back to the store because I thought something was wrong with the battery, but I guess not, because this one is doing the same thing. I'm seriously thinking of returning it for something cheaper and see if that works better

Love this laptop. It was easy to set-up and get running right out of the box. The display has a clear resolution and the touch screen works great with a light touch. The only negative would be the battery life. But I have yet to discover a laptop that doesn't have that complaint.

So far so good! Too early to determine whether the battery life is great but so far no problems. Keyboard could be a bit "crisper". Display is excellent and it's nice and light. Touchscreen is great. Speed is very good. Definitely recommend.

This computer fit the bill with the Black Friday special. With the speed Core i7, SSD drive and 16GB memory, this machine was able to surf the next flawlessly and view movies with no issue.

The computer works great! Faster than my last one. I am enjoying it. Perfect size and weight. I had hoped the battery life would be a little bit longer with the advancement of technology, but it is good. I love the touchscreen!

Good option for college students! It was very affordable and it has a fast processor. You can have several tabs open and it will still run smoothly. Very light as well.

I really like the ease of setting up the laptop. It’s fast and just what we needed. I did have to take it to the geek squad but they fixed the minor issue. I love the touch screen!

I like the speed of the computer. Once i got past the s mode i was happy with the features for what im using it for. I have a couple of things that have given me several days of extremely bad work situations. 1st its not made to be hardwired and its required for my job and was specified to salesman. The next day i had to drive an hour m 15 min to each way back to the target right beside of best buy bc i had to be to work by 10 and waiting for them to open wldve cost me more than the $10 i paid over the.adapter that i cldve purchased at BB while i was there the night before. Now the 2 other things that im not fond of is that the batterly life is maybe 4 hours and w the usb c port being used for hardwiring there isnt many places to plug in. Otherwise i am pleased w it

The HP Laptop is very sleek and light weight design. Easy to use and great layout. I would probably get a smaller version as I didn't need the larger version however it works well for my needs. There was a lot of items to set up with the laptop when you first started it which HP or Best Buy could have provided better set up instructions with some guidance. Now you can have the AI assistant "CoPilot" however since this is so new, it's hard to tell if you should have it installed. Overall, great laptop and I would purchase HP again.

I snagged two of these HP laptops on Black Friday, one for my wife and one for my mother-in-law, and let me tell you, it was the deal of the century! Not only did I save a bundle, but both laptops have been absolute champs so far. These machines are whisper-quiet, even when they're working hard. No annoying fan noise to disrupt your workflow or peace of mind. And they're not surprisingly fast, handling everything from web browsing and email to video editing and light gaming with ease. The battery life is decent, the keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the screen is bright and clear.
