It's a very good laptop, it has enough memory to be sufficiently fast, has a very nice screen, and enough space on disk. It's not a touch screen because I wasn't interested in that feature. I'm very happy with it, and I can recomend it to anybody.

Ordered a laptop online, was not able to pick up immediately but they held it for me until I could get there and then did the transfer of data in specified time and I was allowed to have a friend pick it up for me (distance issue).

This laptop is user friendly and great for basic office needs.

I bought this computer as an open box buy because the one I wanted was out of stock. The Geek Squad transferred all of my data and I am pleased. The battery life is notable and I love not having to charge each day. It’s fast and is exactly what I needed.

I've been an HP user for years - and it never disappoints. So far, I've had no challenges - I like it's look and transferring my info from one laptop to my new one went smoothly.

It was great for the 4 weeks after i purchased it. Then abruptly would not connect to internet. Every other device did, but not the laptop. So it can’t be fixed remotely. Geek Squad has to come to the house (at $100 cost) and the earliest appointment was 12 days away. So I wait. As for non-online functions, there is a “problem” with a project I have on Excel, but of course it can’t be repaired because I have no internet connection. Very disappointing. Spent a boatload of money on a computer that worked for 4 weeks and that I have to pay to get repaired. Not nice.

Laptop is wonderful and works well, Best buy is a great place to purchase

This is my second HP Envy purchased in the past three years. First one was a gift. They tend to last about 2 years then issues with software(corrupted internal internet drivers; bad motherboard..etc). As you know you have to agree to send equipment back for diagnosis for up to 15 days before Bestbuy will consider addressing equipment failure. First one I sent back was gone for more than two months.. Wiped out entire hard drive with no backup taken. I was forced to make a second purchase. Two years later it had issues. Purchased a 3rd laptop in order to keep working while they worked on 2nd laptop. Now 3rd Hp Envy is failing as well. Exactly 2 years with a warranty expires on 12/21/25. Given two options Buy a new one or send that one out for repair. Buyer beware! Track record to send out equipment and get a return in 15 days rating "F". Buyer beware!

The battery lasts for an hour and a half, two hours tops. For this reason, I am unable to bring it to school with me and can only use it at home.

When it works it’s great but there seems to be battery issues. Bought one at Christmas and returned it never came on. Git a 2nd one and 6 months later it is slow to start or not come on at all

Gets the job done. Bought for my son’s first semester of college.

This laptop is exactly what I needed for live streaming our church services with seamless audio and video output to our members around the world. My ability to quickly compose sermons, Bible studies and letters is greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend this HP LAPTOP to anyone!

Great laptop. Got a good deal from Best Buy. When it comes to electronic stuff, I don’t buy anywhere else only at Best.

I bought this Laptop for my wife to use for schoolwork. The value of this laptop cannot be said enough. The webcam is clear and has a wider angle than most other laptops.

I love this laptop, and use it daily to work from home and manage my schooling on it. It’s a great computer
