HP is good company overall, despite there are a few flaws in design of this computer.

I finally popped for a hi-end laptop with latest processor, SSD, lots of memory, touchscreen. This machine has been intermittent from the start. It's like a ghost in the machine. While in the browser it jumps from one tab I'm working in to another seemingly randomly, but possibly related to the touchscreen. When it's not jumping tab to tab, it's jumping in a text screen. I'll be mid-sentence wondering why my typing is not appearing and it shows up in another sentence across the screen. When I use the touchscreen to scroll it can jump tabs, or expand a page or even split the screen with an HTML page appearing. What!? Even without these issues, the keyboard and entire surface around the keyboard feels cheap (compared to any computer I've ever owned!) and flexes excessively. I will NEVER buy another HP again.

This computer is a replacement for my previous computer that had an incident that could not be repaired and they offered me this model as a replacement. The original model unfortunately: out of stock. It is a good computer, a little slow if I compare it to my previous computer, but it is functional.

I bought this laptop as an open box because it was cheaper. For some reason, it didn't allow me to change the language, I tried everything and I know I had the option to return it but I didn't want to drive 30 minutes for this, so I reinstalled windows and it was working after that.

A computer that does the job for school work. It does good for that, which is why I thought the laptop because I saw the same comment. It does good overall, however the screen “blacks out” for a couple of secs every couple of minutes and the battery power does not last long at all. If you just need it in an office setting it’s fine because you can keep it plugged in.

Sales person was very attentive and helpful. Explained the Best Buy Program and sold me on Best Buy Geek Squad. Had previous membership and was happy with the service.

This is the 3rd HP laptop I have purchased for my family in the past several years and am pleased with the technology received for the price, and in particular if you wait for a Best Buy sale price. Plan ahead and watch for a sale.

Sister loves this thing, especially how portable it is for the functionality it provides. That battery life is very good is an added bonus.

Anything I have ever bought in Best Buy is always the Best in terms of price, quality. No other store could have it better. There are only two stores you can buy your labtops and other devices, They are: * Best Buy and *Others

Overall, this is a particularly excellent product. However, the backspace and number lock keys are so closely designed that (at times) I inadvertently hit the number lock key, instead of the backspace key.

Good laptop have been using it for years great for work, school, and finances.

Pricing was very fair for all the features the HP laptop offers. It had everything I was looking for and was delivered on time within a few days. I ooted for the Best Buy credit card which offers 12 minths interest free financing.

Easy to carry, Good for travel. I bought one for my brother and he is using it for his daily work.
