Writing review after 1 month of using the laptop.. so far working as expected. The only disappointment is the sound and the speakers. Sound quality is not up to the mark.

laptop runs fast. I have maybe downloaded 3-4 programs on it, and the battery is fried. only turns on while plugged in. of course this happens 12 days after the return window from BestBuy. had this laptop less then 2 months. and now it is basically a slow desktop unit now.

I purchased this laptop to replace my husband's 5 year old laptop. He is very happy with the quick responses and has been using it mostly for YouTube instruction and education as well as email correspondence. This is a great laptop for his daily use.

A decent laptop, boots in 12 seconds, photo display is sharp with good color and contrast. Keys are not backlit, so they have to be viewed at just the right angle. I have not used battery power, review software does not allow a blank for battery power.

Great for the uses we needed. Word processing minor work and entertainment use. Did not expect to game on the laptop but it can even run some games quickly. Thought it would just be a midrange laptop for Bills and stuff but it is very capable.

The laptop was in a great condition and packed very well. I travelled with the same package in flight and it was not scratched. The service was also amazing and I liked it.

My purchase was excellent, I bought with Pay Pal, I picked up the laptop in an hour as indicated and that was it, it didn't take even 5 minutes for the line and delivery. Excellent service.

I am enjoying my new laptop. It enables me to keep in touch with my children in 3 different states, my grandchildren in 4 different states and my great grandchildren.

I am very happy with my purchase of the HP laptop, it is exactly what I wanted. It operates exactly as expected. The Geek Squad onsite was awesome in helping me with all of my set up questions. Highly recommend shopping with Best Buy!

We bought two of these for work last year. We were pleased with them--great value for the price. So we ordered two more this year.

Decent laptop, but has poor battery life and can suffer in performance at times. Okay for what I intend to use it for, but buyer beware if it is not on sale. Not worth full price in my opinion.

The HD Laptop works amazingly! It has great graphics and the audio is fantastic. I was able to quickly learn to use all its wonderful features! :)

HP suits my needs and is overall a fantastic buy. It is quick, has a decent amount of memory for whatever you may need. I’d recommend getting one to anyone looking for a reliable and amazing computer.

Worth the price, it was good overall. A good fit for regular daily use.

The battery does not last very long. The keyboard is not backlit (I never imagined you could buy a HP without this). You must have a "pin". Both my previous HPs didn't require a pin to log on.

I bought open box. It is in original condition. No worries at all. Laptop is also very smooth and exactly it expected it to be.
