This HP laptop is very similar to what I had previously. My one negative comment is the key pads letter/numbers are hard to read if the light is not perfectly on them. The color tends to blend in with the silver key pad ... My previous HP models had more contrasting color of the letters and numbers.

I could not recommend this anymore that I have to everybody. I know best computer ever so many ways to control your life and take care of an organize your life and be connected to the world. I’m very very grate.

So far so good with the laptop. The only thing it does not use USB-C to connect my dual monitors which is very important to me. I reached out to support and they were unable to give me an explanation as to why. Overall great for the price.

Was a great deal, is perfect for my college courses Battery usually last me about 8-10 hours. I charge it every night before classes and it never dies during classes

This is a great laptop. It was a very easy startup and able to load all items I needed with no snags. It has great memory capacity for the price and is very reliable.

I really really like this computer...I have nothing negative to say about it!...If I could change one thing, it would be to put an indicator light on or near the on/off button so that you can tell when it's powering up.

Laptop works good. The only drawback ive come across is that it doesnt work with extended displays.

I haven't opened it yet, but I can tell you that HP has always been a very reliable product for me. All of my home equipment is HP. I'm glad that HP and Best Buy partner together to provide me a great customer experience.

If you’re looking for an affordable, reliable laptop, this is for you! Love the backlit keyboard, as well as the 10-key pad. Light, battery works well. You can’t go wrong between the price and what you get with this laptop.

Windows 11 would not let me load Mozilla Firefox. The laptop did not have the settings to allow downloading from other than Microsoft. I took it to the Geek squad and they transferred the files and downloaded Firefox for me at no cost as I have Total. The computer itself is doing great.

Laptop was alright on CPU power but GPU is severely lacking. Display quality was decent, speakers were subpar. Touchpad seemed fairly accurate and the build quality was pretty good

The Associate was patient and knowledgeable about transferring information from the old computer to my recent purchase. He also explained how to use the upgraded software.

Great computer, only issue is there are no Mouse buttons on the keyboard so learning how to copy and select with out a mouse is still something I am working on.

I love this computer!! It was perfect for my work stuff. Haven’t had any problems with it at all ☺️
