This is merely decent. I had a keyboard with a number pad before but this one intrudes too much and it’s hard typing offset. The letters on the keys has very low contrast compared to the background and hard to see which key is which. Keys are not lighted. Windows 11 is terrible and is filled with ads. It took all day just finding all the places to turn them off Please do yourself a favor and spend a couple hundred more and get yourself a Mac.

Good value, but plastic shell and keyboard don’t feel quite as sturdy as desired.

Computer does what I need it to do. The major drawback with this laptop is that it doesn’t have a lighted keyboard. I didn’t know that before I bought it and probably wouldn’t have bought it if I had known

I purchased this machine for a remote user in my company. Didnt realize is had a version of Windows called Windows 11 S. the machine is unable to install apps from outside of the Microsoft Store, total money grab. After reverting the OS back to a Windows 11 Pro version, the integrated OneDrive software is unable to be installed, and causes havoc on some of the custom workbooks we use that have to have specific file paths to operate, and the addition of "C:\OneDrive\Users\"USERNAME"\Desktop\" in the file path makes the programs useless. Returning the machine and buying a different one elsewhere.

I have only one complaint so far, and it's my fault too. I was not aware CD/DVD drives had been eliminated from laptops. So I had to buy an accessory drive.

For.the first time with over 30 yesrs of buying computers, this purchase was the smoothest transition form my old laptop to this new one. Smooth, quick, and thorough
