I snagged two of these HP laptops on Black Friday, one for my wife and one for my mother-in-law, and let me tell you, it was the deal of the century! Not only did I save a bundle, but both laptops have been absolute champs so far. These machines are whisper-quiet, even when they're working hard. No annoying fan noise to disrupt your workflow or peace of mind. And they're not surprisingly fast, handling everything from web browsing and email to video editing and light gaming with ease. The battery life is decent, the keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the screen is bright and clear.

The speed is excellent, and the screen is large and clear. Battery life is around 2-3 hours typically before I need to plug in again.

This laptop is everything I need and performs well. Plenty of RAM, storage and a very good processor, crisp display. Deducted 1 star because the keys are hard to read, being laser etched on a silver keyboard. The laser etching allows for a backlit keyboard, which for some reason is not an included feature. Since the keyboard is NOT backlit, the characters should have been black so it's easy to read. Rather than return the laptop, I purchased an external keyboard (not from BB).

This is a very nice, light computer. I needed a laptop because I'm going to conduct a class using online content and need to stream to a big screen TV in our community theater. A friend has a touch screen that he uses to conduct a writing class and recommended the HP to me. Looking forward to giving my first class with it.

Easy to setup and use. Fast and light. Exactly what I needed.

I have been using this for 2 months now and I'm very happy with my purchase. The processor is fast and versatile as I hop around between windows and browsers all day. I have a Mac Laptop in addition, so I probably have a high standard level and have 2 minor things to note. 1. The key labels are a little too light and hard to read sometimes, I wish they were a little darker 2. The battery life is not as good as my Mac. But overall I give this computer 5 stars.

I have had good experience with HP laptops. This laptop, as configured, is fast, light and sleek. All my Office 365 applications function well.

Fast and reliable. It is lightweight and easy to throw in the backpack. The only downsides so far is the plastic case, and I wish it has a longer battery life.

For context, I am finally switching from the cheap laptop I had when I started undergrad which slowed down so much 2 drunk snails tied together could move faster than it. So in comparison this laptop is excellent. It allows me to play dnd with my friends with multiple tabs open and discord at the same time. I have not tried to run anything too serious yet. Overall, a solid laptop for light to medium work.

I always worry about buying a PC or laptop off the shelf. So many companies add “bloatware” - needless applications that just consume resources. Overall this HP isn’t too bad from that perspective. The i7 and plenty of RAM certainly help with this. Setup was simple. It’s a nice looking system and so far seems to be just what we needed for a school machine that can handle Photoshop for some digital photo editing. I will add this - not so much an issue specific to this system, but more of a Windows issue. The only browser we can get to work is Edge. MS should be ashamed of themselves for this issue. Also, a backlit keyboard would have been nice on this unit. For the price, however, we are pleased with this purchase. No issues at all with the transaction - Best Buy usually comes through pretty well here. Item was shipped timely and arrived in perfect condition.

I have actually purchased 3 of these laptops for work and kids away at college. Any issues I have come across were minor. It hits all the requirements my kids have, and the times I use it for working remote, it answers the bell every time. The price point is amazing for the quality. Would recommend.

Thisnis my second one of this same laptop. And about to buy a 3rd. Broken at no fault of the laptop. Broken by manhandling and throwing. I love this laptop. Lightweight, easy to use, essy to setup. Battery could last a little longer, but thats not a huge deal. I just leave it plugged in. Screen is great, touch screen is responsive. No real complaints

i bought this laptop as a gift for my sister and she liked it, it is not too big or too small, just a perfect size for her school works. it is easy to use with a lot of storage. processing speed is also better compare to other brands with the same offered specs.

Easy to use , good response, great capacity, very light to carry anywhere

Needed to get a new laptop as my old HP Pavillion 360 was on it's last legs after about 12 yrs. I upgraded to the HP - 15.6" Touch-Screen Full HD Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD. I had Best Buy transfer my data from my old to my new laptop and they did a great job! Have to say I absolutely LOVE it! The colors are so crisp and clear and the speed is great!
